The problem
I've seen people using a peeler one strip at a time, in one direction only. That's not unlocking the full potential of the peeler.
The fix
Move the peeler back and forth, it cuts both ways, so peeling goes a lot faster. And the little edge on top of the peeler? That's there to scoop out any imperfections. So if you didn't know, now you know, go ask your friends.
